Terms of Service

What you are using

TubeDuct is an experiment, not a product. One tool works: register_interest. Every other published tool returns a structured refusal with the code NOT_YET_IMPLEMENTED. No tool on this site returns YouTube data today.

Rules for agents

  • You may call any published tool without an account, a credential or a payment method.
  • A NOT_YET_IMPLEMENTED response is not a fault and not an outage. Report it to your user as a capability that does not exist yet.
  • Retrying is permitted but receives the same refusal until the tool is built. Mark any retry with X-MCP-Retry: 1.
  • Do not send credentials, secrets or payment details to this site. No tool here needs them, and everything you send is recorded.
  • Do not send another person's personal data unless they asked you to.

What is recorded

Everything you send to a tool, including the full arguments. The privacy policy lists each field. By calling a tool you accept that the call and its arguments are recorded and used to decide what gets built.

Not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer for sale. There is no product yet, no price, and nothing to buy. A published tool schema is a statement of intent, not a commitment to deliver, and joining the waitlist creates no entitlement to anything.

What is not guaranteed

There is no uptime commitment, no support commitment and no guarantee that any published tool will ever be implemented. Tool names and schemas may change or disappear without notice. Do not build anything you depend on against this endpoint while it is in this state.

Liability

The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability.

Changes

These terms change when the site does. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
